The GenéSys^TM Suite will include a diagnostic tool that is built to assist the Network Engineer in resolving network issues. GenéSys^TM netDiag operations management technology seeks out and identifies problems within the network. It gives the user the ability to visualize problems in relation to all devices in the network. This fault management tool helps the user to understand problems in relation to the entire network.

Engineous

This is the engine of the GenéSys^TM product suite and is where all the data is collated and distributed to the application layers. The middleware is developed using java and C++ and will include a API (e.g. CORBA and XML) for easy integration into the Operational Support System (OSS) module.
