The network on-demand reporting tool will allow network operators and end-customers to view historical and real-time data about the networks performance and health. This tool is designed with the customer support personnel in mind. This tool will assist with sales, as well as, the customer satisfaction process. The display for this will be in graphical and statistical format. The information that is contained in the systems database can also be exported to multiple applications.

Engineous

This is the engine of the GenéSys^TM product suite and is where all the data is collated and distributed to the application layers. The middleware is developed using java and C++ and will include a API (e.g. CORBA and XML) for easy integration into the Operational Support System (OSS) module.
